Q. If I buy a spring bear license and am successful in the spring hunt, can I get another license and hunt bear in the fall?

A. Technically, there is no such thing as a spring bear license.  Hunters are allowed to purchase one black bear license per year.  If you are successful in the spring hunt, you are done for the year.  If you don't get your bear in the spring, you can participate in the black bear hunting season in the
