Karaoke Killer – Murder Mystery Dinner Theater Chief Logan Lodge, January 18 and 19“Karaoke Killer,” an original play by Joh Mann, comes to Chief Logan Lodge in Logan County January 18 with a second performance January 19. Presented by the Guyandotte Players, this production is one of a series of dinner theaters scheduled at West Virginia State Parks in 2008. Set in the fictional karaoke bar, The Pink Flamingo, "Karaoke Killer" tells the story of how competition can bring out the best-and the worst in people. “The owner of The Pink Flamingo has his hands full as he tries to juggle the diva behaviors of several singing characters, please a persnickety judge and worry about a secret visit of a restaurant critic. You will soon realize that there are plenty of reasons to ‘knock off’ a competitor or two-or even bribe a judge!” according to Rick Knotts, General Manager. Attendees will also interact with the characters and vote for who they believe is the "Karaoke Killer." This is The Guyandotte Players fifth production, and the second production at the Chief Logan Lodge, Hotel and Conference Center. Cost for dinner theater is $60 per couple. Overnight package with dinner, show, lodging and breakfast is $145.99 per couple. Reservations are required and can be made by calling (304) 855-6100.
