A. We assume you are referring to the Light Goose Conservation Order, which is a special regulation allowing the harvest of snow, blue and Ross’ geese during the late winter and spring. Hunters must have a valid Wyoming bird license, conservation stamp and also $10.50 Conservation Order Special Management Permit. In a departure from other waterfowl hunting, the Federal Migratory Bird Hunting Stamp (duck stamp) and Harvest Information Permit (HIP Permit) are not required during the Conservation Order season.
