A spring hunter education class has been scheduled for those interested in the Sidney area.  Sign-up for the class will be March 21st at 7 p.m. in the Sidney Public Library basement.  A parent or legal guardian must accompany all minor students at this time.  Due to problems in the past, there will be no early sign-ups!  Classes will be held March 26th-March 30th with the final test and graduation to be held April 2nd; all from 6:30-9:00 p.m. in the library basement.  In order to complete the class, students must attend registration and all classes and also successfully complete the final test.  Students are reminded to bring a pen or pencil to registation and all classes.

Hunter education is open to the public and is offered at no charge.  All students who are 12 years of age or those who will be turning 12 during the coming hunting season and wish to hunt are eligible for the class.  All individuals born after January 1, 1985, are required by Montana state law to complete a hunter education class before they can hunt in Montana.
