KDWP license and permits good for rest of 2006, all of 2007

PRATT -- In 2007, the state of Kansas will continue to support a program designed to show appreciation for Kansas sportsmen and women. All Kansas Department of Wildlife and Parks (KDWP) licenses, permits, and other issues will go on sale Dec. 16 and will be valid for the remainder of 2006 and all of 2007. This includes hunting, fishing, and park licenses and permits.

Licenses and permits for 2007 can be purchased online after midnight on Dec. 16 from the KDWP website at www.kdwp.state.ks.us. They may also be purchased from any KDWP or license vendor. For those hunters going out early Dec. 16, some vendors are open 24 hours a day, offering another alternative to online purchases.
