ASK THE GAME & FISH

Q. "I got a big antelope this hunting season. How can I get it measured to see if it makes the record book?"

A. There are a number of official scorers in Wyoming for both Boone and Crockett (firearms) and Pope and Young (archery) record books. The Cheyenne Game and Fish office has names of some of the scorers or you can access the Boone and Crockett and Pope and Young Web sites for more information. Keep in mind that the animal cannot be officially scored until 60 days after harvest.
