Experience bluegrass music, old and new, with
Highway 56, a musical group playing at Patoka Lake visitor center,
Nov. 18, at 1 p.m.
The sounds of banjo, mandolin, twin fiddles, guitar and doghouse
bass music, plus vocal harmonies will fill this venue that fall
afternoon. Bring a snack item to share, preferred soft drinks and
enjoy the indoor comfort of the visitor center as the park
celebrates autumn.
The presentation is the first of the 2006-07 Winter Concert
Series at DNR, Patoka Lake. These programs are free to the public.
No gate fee will be charged. The gatehouses are closed for the
season.
