Children Invited to Celebrate Halloween with ‘Boo at the Zoo’ Oct. 28

Children and their grown-ups are invited to celebrate a merry – not scary – Halloween at the Brandywine Zoo’s annual Boo at the Zoo, to be held weather permitting from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 28.

Highlights include a spooky scavenger hunt, critters that creep, fun games, face painting and special treats. Children and adults are encouraged to wear costumes.

Admission is free with paid admission to the zoo. Children under 3 are admitted free of charge, ages 3 to 11 and seniors pay $2 and age 12 and older and adults pay $4. The Brandywine Zoo is located at 1001 North Park Drive, Wilmington.
