Hunting season
questions? Call ‘Outdoor Hotline’ |
LITTLE
ROCK – The Arkansas Game and Fish Commission has answers to your
questions about this year's hunting season. Simply dial “Outdoor
Hotline.”
A crew of experts will be on hand in the Arkansas Educational Television
Network studios to take calls from 7 p.m. until 8 p.m. Oct. 12. Upcoming
hunting seasons, including deer and waterfowl seasons, will be
discussed.
“We'll be focusing on bobwhites, whitetails and greenheads,” said Steve
“Wildman” Wilson, AGFC public affairs coordinator. “Outdoors enthusiasts
can call in their questions and comments about hunting and fishing or
anything else dealing with the great outdoors. It is better to get your
questions answered about rules and regulations now rather than have a
wildlife officer educate you in the field and charge you for it. Those
lessons can be costly,” Wilson explained.
Just call 800-662-2386 to ask questions, or e-mail questions to
outdoors@aetn.org. |
