Division of Wildlife
Angler Roundtable Meeting Set for Hotchkiss, Oct. 5
The Colorado Division of Wildlife has scheduled an
Anglers’ Roundtable in Hotchkiss to discuss fish management issues on the
Gunnison, Uncompahgre, San Miguel and Lower Dolores river drainages.
The meeting will be at 7 p.m., Oct. 5, at Memorial Hall in Hotchkiss.
Memorial Hall is located at the corner of First Street and Main Street.
A major topic of discussion will be proposed changes to fishing regulations
on the Gunnison River. The DOW is considering management strategies to
bolster the population of Rainbow trout in the region.
Those unable to attend the meeting can submit written comments to Dan
