DEADLINE SEPT.29 FOR PUBLIC INPUT ON ALLIGATOR MANAGEMENT The deadline for public input on the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission’s (FWC) alligator management program is 5 p.m., Friday, Sept. 29. The FWC is conducting a Web-based survey to receive public input regarding alligator management issues. Visit MyFWC.com/gators/input.html to learn the latest information on this effort and to access the survey. After gathering input from the public and other stakeholders, FWC staff will summarize and evaluate the data and develop changes, if warranted. This information will be reported to the agency’s seven-member Commission at the Dec. 6-7 meeting in Key Largo. During that time, Commissioners will provide staff with feedback on any proposed changes. A series of public meetings will follow to refine any proposed changes. If you have any questions, call Harry Dutton at (850)
