CONSIDER THE GAME AND FISH FOR HOLIDAY SHOPPING

CHEYENNE – The only source for a moose or bighorn sheep license is also a good source for holiday shopping.

A wide variety of products from clothing to meat seasonings to computer screen savers are available from the Wyoming Game and Fish Department.

“These are gifts unique to the Cowboy State and many display the Wyoming’s Wildlife - Worth the Watching logo,” said Jennifer Wagner, Alternative Enterprises coordinator. “Plus, shoppers should be aware of the new ‘Official Gear’ line of products featuring the Game and Fish logo.”

She said the sweatshirts ($20) and t-shirts ($14.50) featuring big game animals and the saying “Vegetarian: An Old Western Word Meaning Lousy Hunter!” and the awarding-winning 2006 Wyoming Wildlife calendar ($9.95) have been very good sellers this year.

Game and Fish products are featured on the agency’s Web site at http://gf.state.wy.us and product brochures are available from Game and Fish offices. Shoppers can also purchase gift certificates.

Call (800) 548-9453 to place an order or receive a product brochure. Products can also be purchased over the counter at the department’s  Cheyenne Office.
