OVER THE COUNTER ANTLERLESS DEER PERMIT SALE BEGINS OCTOBER 11

Over the counter sales of surplus antlerless deer permits will begin Tuesday, October 11th at all MassWildlife district offices and for online license buyers at the MassOutdoors website. Again this year permit sales in the Southeast will be held at the Myles Standish State Forest October 11-14. Over the counter sales will move back to the Southeast District Office in Bourne beginning October 17. Over the counter permits will be available for Wildlife Management Zones 3, 8, 9, 10, 11, 13, and 14.

Hunters may purchase 1 permit / zone / day until the quotas are reached. To purchase a permit hunters must present their original 2005 hunting or sporting license and the $5.00 fee. Duplicates and/or photocopies of a license will not be accepted. A person may bring the original license (s) of another and purchase permits for them.
