Making Marinas Accessible for All

9/21/05 - The Association of Marina Industries (AMI) in conjunction with the US Access Board is offering a training program for marina and other boating facility operators on the new Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Accessibility Guidelines for recreational boating facilities. Members of the media are invited to attend the program Monday, Sept. 26, 9 a.m. to 12 p.m., at the Hyatt Regency Chesapeake Bay Resort in Cambridge, which includes a tour of their marina’s accessible features.
