SALINE COUNTY DEER CHECK STATION CHANGE - Tom Keith

LINCOLN, Neb. – The Nebraska Game and Parks Commission on Thursday reported a change to the list of available deer check stations in Saline County.

Turkey Creek Furs, 841 W. 11th Street in Crete will serve as an official Commission check station. Hunters may check deer there 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Mondays through Saturdays, and from noon to 5 p.m. on Sundays.

Turkey Creek furs replaces Modern Treasures in Crete, which is listed as an official station on the regulation sheets received by all licensed hunters. Modern Treasures will not serve as a check station for any of the deer seasons.
