Joint Workshop For Volunteers
HANCOCK – Saturday, Aug. 13, Natural Resources Police and Maryland Park
Service personnel held a first of its kind collaborative training workshop
for law enforcement Rangers and the NRP officers. The workshop, held at
the Woodmont Rod and Gun Club in Washington County, covered an overview of
the Volunteer Ranger and Reserve Officer programs, crime prevention,
tourism and liability issues for volunteers,. The two enforcement agencies
