RESIDENTS MAY PURCHASE DEER PERMITS BEGINNING 1 P.M. JUNE 13 - Tom

LINCOLN, Neb. – Beginning June 13, Nebraska resident deer hunters may
purchase their first 2005 deer hunting season permit in units that did not
fill during the draw period.
No permits will be sold until 1 p.m., when they will become available on a
first- come, first-served basis both online at the Nebraska Game and Parks
Commission’s web site at www.outdoornebraska.org, and over the counter from
Commission offices in Alliance, Bassett, Chadron State Park (SP), Fort
Robinson SP, Kearney, Niobrara SP, Norfolk, North Platte, Omaha, Lincoln,
Wild Cat Hills State Recreation Area, and at the Ak-Sar-Ben Aquarium.
Completed application forms will also be accepted by mail to the
Commission’s Lincoln office at 2200 No. 33rd Street, Lincoln, 68503.
Archery and muzzleloader statewide season permits may also be purchased
beginning June 13, but the Commission recommends that hunters wait to do so
until June 27, when residents and nonresidents may purchase additional
remaining permits.
