New Wehle Land Conversation Center Hosts Bird Awareness (and More!) DayMarch 07, 2005

Along with the programs associated with Bird Awareness Day, visitors can enjoy the two fishing ponds; hiking, mountain biking, and horse back riding trails; and picnic facilities. Canoes are available to the public at no charge. The trails, canoeing, and fishing are open to the public on the first Saturday of each month, and the cabins are open on the first Saturday of each quarter. Programs for the day include presentations by U.S. Fish and Wildlife
