State to Provide Update Regarding
Ma'alaea Small Boat Harbor, Maui
HONOLULU—The Department of Land and Natural Resources will update the community regarding proposed harbor improvements for the Maalaea Small Boat Harbor, Maui. The meeting is scheduled for Thursday, February 10, 2005, 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m., Maalaea Small Boat Harbor, 101 Maalaea Boat Harbor Road, 1st floor.

The Maalaea Small Boat Harbor is located on the west coast of Maui and services both recreational and commercial boaters. Its facilities include 30 berths, 61 moorings, harbor office, dry dock and boat ramp. The Boating Division also leases land to house a restaurant and boat club

Any person requiring special accommodations (i.e. large print materials, sign language interpreters) is asked to contact Richard Rice, O‘ahu, at (808) 587-1967.
